Thanks for the link. I had seen a warning about that, but had not had a
problem, until today (even a client in Korea managed to send me a form OK!).
Obviously, I have to take one small step ;-)

I want to use an HTML form for a technician to fill in at the end of a
site visit. I've done this before, & it works with different OSes & with
OE & Outlook, but on 1 on my client's PCs (the one he uses for demos!),
Outlook just opens with a new message, & the stuff from IE does not get
filled in automatically. On the HTML info sites I use, there is no
mention of the fact that forms don't always work.
Has anyone out there any experience of this (& how to fix it)?
