Liz's internet and tv was installed today (wow, they were on
time :)) and she needs to set up the online account before she
can do anything online.
She insists the web page insists she needs to install the
comcast software to create the account... certainly she can do
it without installing their software? If not, should she
direct connect to the cable modem to set the account before
switching to the WAP?
Which cable modem does she have?
