Mine's well within the range they specify.......Actually, it's hard to pin
them down. If it were running at half that speed, they'd justify it.
I guess it's ok, but I used DSL for so long it's still taking me a long time
to ge used to the drop. Actually, many DSL connections are listed as
less than I'm getting. I have no idea how much I was getting back in Ca.
It was via the phone company, though (Verizon).
My wife wants to move from the desert, so one of our requirements of a
new house is that it be where one can get cable modem <smile>, and
keep her close to a big mall.
What are you running to get that speed? Cable modem?
