No.

No. To answer your previous question concerning licensing, read the MS
EULA. You must have a valid license for each session.
You can run more than one session with the beta or 2.0 once it comes
out, but you need a separate win9x install (and license) for each
session.
You cannot use win4lin to make Win9x into a multi-user OS.
