Actually, Win4Lin 2.0 will be free for everyone who purchased Win4Lin 1.0 from
an upgrade plan participant.  You can get Win4Lin 1.0 from our website,
actually, if you like.  It should be available in the near future, but we do
not yet have a solid release date on it.

As for the other question, you would need 20 seperate Win4Lin licenses, as per
the terms of our EULA.
