All I did was download the kernel rpm from
ftp://www.netraverse.com/pub/win4lin/Linux_Kernels/RPMS/Kernel-Win4Lin1-Mandrake7.0-15.i686.rpm
I chose this one because my current kernel is 686 the other rpm is 586 and i dont want
it.
also this file is tiny and the 586 one is rather large.
What Im I doing wrong? is this wrong is there a patch for my kernel at all
Im running the download version of mdk 7.1 called helium. kernel 2.2.15-4
thanks for the response
