Hello Gordon and all
Just a clarification
Microsoft is scrapping the Windows Live Messenger app, not the Windows Live Mail app, in place of the Skype app.

Hi Mary

I find that really ironic, since Microsoft is scrapping its hotmail and Outlook
and Windows Mail apps early next year in favour of a unified Skype client. But
I will be interested in your comments. I'll write you off list shortly as I
have heaps of news for you.

Thanks

Hi Gordon,

I haven't yet upgraded to 14. It's something I am planning on doing in the next
couple weeks. However, from what I've been reading, JAWS 14 is supposed to have
more support for foreign languages, and better support for Microsoft Outlook
(which wuld be good, since I have to use it to stay connected at work, and
there are some annoying things that happen with 13). I canlet you know more
soon.

hi all

As it looks very much like I will soon be working professionally in
the IT realm, I wonder whether somebody can advisee as to the
difference(s) between Jaws 13 and Jaws 14? Given that the version
number is major, I would presume it isn't just bug fixes, and it's a
major version upgrade with enhanced feature sets.

Gordon
