I thank you for writing this all down, you can of course also use the key describer which can be switched on by using the NVDA key together with the number 1 key and switched off again the same way.
Whilst I appreciate the time and trouble people go to when they bother to look up various facts about NVDA etc and take the trouble to tell others where to find the information, it would seem apparently that others do not.
