Core parts:
* Process seperation must be finished.
* Printing needs to be better.
Supplied DLLs:
* Common Dialogs need to be in a working state ('works for most applications')
* Shell stuff needs to be in a working state (dito)

I don't see this as need. We should focus on having the emulator working,
WINELIB compiles are mostly a second tier.
