Once you choose to release them yes. But a very important freedom in
free software is IMO the freedom _not_ to release your code, or not to
have the whole world know what you are working on until you decide you
are ready to release your changes. Or maybe simply you don't want to
have your email address stored publicly on bitkeeper servers.
Besides, the very idea of a tool that sends a trace of everything I'm
doing to some web site smells too much of Microsoft for me.
