Yes, that sounds useful, though I'm not really sure to what extent we
need cross-compilation.
What we *should* do, IMO, is providing default config files for supported
platforms and installing the right one based on the system time.
For example, on FreeBSD it's /dev/ttyd[0,1] and /dev/lpt0 instead
of /dev/ttyS[0,1] and /dev/lp0, so the default wine.ini file is not
appropriate.
