Supporting native winhlp32 in this regards is not easy. I involved
supporting the strange 0xfffexxxx page with it's shared system values. I
thinks this page is alos used to pass the content of the winhelp messages
used to start the application.
PS: it might be another page then 0xfffexxxx, don't remember exactly.
