I t sounds like given the fact that you not only have lots of experience
with the wireless networks, but also your students are well equipped to
work wireless I would think the auditorium would be wireless too. We
have some wireless on campus, but we are truly a wired campus. We
installed wired network to approx 50 seats of the first couple of rows
in a small theatre/auditorium a few years ago. To the best of my
knowledge it has never been used. I'm just curious but why would you
invest the expense of installing power to all the seats and not put in
the cheaper network wiring... actually why would you invest the power
wiring at all? For the laptops to run on AC?
