Jack-

I have one link setup in our residence halls. It's a old residence hall
with no fiber to the building. Capacity needs outgrew the copper solutions
we had in place. And the AirFibers are a "temporary" fix until fiber is
brought to the building.

It's been live for about a semester and it has been working as advertised.
We have the link running at full capacity about 774 Mbs up/down. We have a
short link about 200 meters over a parking lot. They say the minimum link
is about 100 meters. I was worried about "rain fade" but since CA hasn't
got any measurable rain I haven't seen any loss do to rain. The link has
been 100% stable and the cost was perfect. Install was fairly easy and the
antenna aligning wasn't as bad as I thought it might be since the 24ghz
band is fairly narrow. The management tools were very helpful with that.

So my verdict is... So far so good and the price can't be beat.
