Lee, What licence are you running on prime?
You need to have an Assurance License to access AVC stuff. As you have probably seen under the SERVICE menu there is a blank AVC section. we had it when we trialed the system but lost it when we finally licensed it as we only needed Lifecycle License for what we are doing.
