Lee is looking to borrow some Cisco 350 cards for some testing (see
below) and I asked him if he could come by to the meeting this
Thursday as folks may be able to come up with some cards (I will
bring at least one) and it would be interesting if he could speak
for a few minutes about the project.

Please come to the meeting and if you have a spare Cisco 350 card,
please bring it along.

Thanks...
Tim

Subject: Need to find some loaner Cisco 350 cards

Tim,

We're coming down to the wire on the Laos Jhai "pedal-powered
Internet" project and have successfully carried out a test of the
wireless links from Phon Kham village over the mountain to Phon
Hong and out by Internet. We placed VOIP phone calls, sent movie
files and exchanged emails.

The was done using the 5 Cisco Aironet 350 cards we have
purchased so far. We are currently assembling the equipment and
want to do a test run Thursday to Friday at my home in Palo Alto.
Unfortunately, all our Aironet 350 cards are in Laos, so we need
to find people who will lend us 4 cards for the test. Yes, that's
the day after tomorrow.

Can you help by asking around? You have been of invaluable
assistance in the past and we hope for a little more...

Let me know if you can help.

        Lee F.
