Orinoco makes several antennas suitable for plugging in to these cards.
So do a lot of other folks.
You will need to further qualify what you want to accomplish with this "panel antenna" before anyone can recommend one to use.
There are many types for all sorts of purposes. What is your purpose? How far, how high, indoor. outdoor, price range, etc etc.
