Does anyone know if the aironet PC card onboard the PCI-352 client adapter can be
removed and used
as a PCMCIA adapter? I was able to find a thread from the list that asked this
question and the
response was that the card would not work because it had a different boot loader. I
suppose the
more appropriate question is, does anyone know of a way to modify the PC card onboard
a PCI-352 in
such a way that would allow operation in a laptop?

The PCI card and PCMCIA card (LMC-352) both share the same firmware, and the card I
have from the
PCI adapter even has the LMC-352 model number. That would lead me to believe that
there should be
some sort of hack that can be performed on it to make it function like the retail
LMC-352 card.
Any suggestion?

TIA,
Fred
