Certainly the B100 can and will probably get you about 70mbps at that range (City of New Orleans gets 80mbps from a short LOS link and AM gets over 60mbps sustained at 16 miles). It will also trunk over 1,000 concurrent VoIP sessions. Not too much money, especially for the value.
