Google for 25 pair color codes. Telco used several colors for the white part of the pairs. So orange-white, then orange-black then orange-yellow, etc etc. I made a table from one of these web pages, and printed it out for the techs to follow it, and it worked out well, (They only messed up on a couple of pairs during all three of them they wired.
