It depends on who provides you the figures... It looks like they really can't "lose" unless they just spend themselves broke without aquiring more customers. I know they spent or spend big time around here, and for the most part, customer "satisifaction" has been rather mixed. I don't directly c ompete with them, except for a small overlap on the edge of what I consider to be my market, and from what the guy who tried to get hooked up with them told me, he's a whale of lot happier with me than them.
