Congratulations on the change of heart you've found in Walmart. Did you happen to mention to them that you were posting complaints about their system in the Broadband Reports Forums, or did they discover this themselves? They must (or should) have a search appliance dedicated to sniffing out the first malodorous whiffs of bad press.
