Can you actually make any money when you take into account all the costs of doing the install vs. what they pay for the install? It seems like they pay a pretty slim fee. A couple service calls can eat up your profit pretty quickly. I could see it making sense if your labor is not fully employed, but if you are booked pretty well doing your own installs, I would think it would make sense to spend as much time as possible generating recurring revenue.
