My recommendation is we should take John Scriv's note with serious and sincerety. I recommend that someone near Barbara give her a "customer service inquiry" phone call and ask her is their anything that we can do better in the future and how can we get her back.
Here is why: The recent big GSA contract will offer some of the WISPA members an opportunity to provide services to the US federal government. Therefore it makes sense to find out why Barbara chose the satellite services instead of WiSP type service. Furthermore some WiSP also offer satellite so it will be a good learning experience from a cutomer. Those are my most humble recommendations.
