I invite all vendors who offer discounts to WISPA members to send your updates to me. I would like to post a link on this page to your vendor spotlight page where the discount will be detailed. Therefore, I need detail on the offer including expiration dates and other qualifying requirements. I would also like a short description of the discount to be included on this Current Vendor Discount <http://www.wispa.org/?page_id=256> page. Check this page over the next few weeks for updates.

I have another suggestion that represents an on-going recruiting opportunity, coupled with the opportunity for new customers for vendors. We provide a substantial discount to WISPA members, and I would encourage other vendor members to do the same. We suggest to our WISP prospects that are not members that they consider joining in order to receive the reduced pricing and the lower deposit requirement. We have had several that have joined as a result, and they have amortized their investment in the association within 30-90 days depending on how many VoIP customers they sign up. No one has said "no" to our proposal thus far. My strategy in doing so is not to lower our revenue, per se, but more customers, a stronger association, and more association members will provide momentum and an adequate return on our investment as a company over time.
