Problems with PC games? I believe the vast majority, if not all XBox games are hosted by the users in the game instead of a central server (as mentioned earlier). It's entirely dependant on how good or bad everyone's connection is. Could be your connection quality back to MS central. Speed isn't the only indicator of connection quality.
