As sure as I can be - I just cut-and-pasted the whole thing from THOMAS. (Go to thomas.loc.gov, search for bill number HR1, click "Text of Legislation," then look through either of the last two revisions. Revision 6, "Engrossed Amendment as Agreed to by Senate," is much easier to read, as it doesn't start with a hundred pages of "strike out every last word from the previous version of this bill.") My Congress-fu is a bit weak, but I'm reasonably certain this is the version of the bill that's been signed by both branches of Congress and passed up to the President. Even if I'm wrong, there don't appear to be any major revisions in the broadband sections.
