I think you're right, though it doesn't change the numbers too much. I 
always forget about the distinctions in different types of "engrossed" 
bills, and the relative silliness of how Congress handles joint-committees.

I've fixed my previous link by replacing it with links to the two PDFs 
that make up the conferenced version of the bill. Feel free to mooch, 
the House Rules committee Web site has been a bit sluggish for me all day.

The committee version still allocates $7.2B, just split up a bit 
differently. Sadly, my favorite portion of the bill, the broadband 
deployment tax credit, seems to have disappeared.

I think I'll go start drinking now, and I apologize for all the 
unintended noise on the list.
