We had a landline number with Verizon ported to a cellphone with Verizon Wireless. Now we are trying to port the number to Cablevision that provides triple play. We are being told that they can't port a cell number because it belongs to the cell company. I told them the whole story how it came from a landline and they are still saying it can't be done
