Forget 30 to 60 days... if you don't get that narrow slice of 23GHz spectrum that has conditional approval it can take up to a year to get that license... no matter who you license the link through (technically most of 23GHz is reserved for government use... you get to use it but not on conditional approval... and we all know how fast the government works!)
