Gino, Looks to me like you are running a little hot. You want the MSE to be -32 or better.... I would try turning the power down on each side 1db at a time until you get the best MSE (on the remote side) while still having the best signal.
We had to turn one of our links down to +12 to get the best MSE, while still having a -40 signal.
