Hello Mike, The bottom line - the end game - after all is said and done, the property owner will have his way and he should. After all it is his private property and if he doesn't want to offer XYZ amenity then he shouldn't be forced to. It should be his decision and only his decision and the market will reward or punish him as such.
There is nothing forcing a particular tenant to lease space in Bishop Ranch. I would venture to guess there are other office parks in California, right? The tenant has options and that is what makes capitalism work so well. BTW, Bishop Ranch looks like an awesome development.
