On important thing I failed to mention, no ladder access from the "outside" of the tower. Ladder runs up the inside of the middle of the tower, all the way to the top and outside the top hatch, then down a ladder to the catwalk. If there was a ladder on one of the outside legs I wouldn't be asking the question :-) Got 4 other towers we're on that we don't have this issue with.
