Gino, I'm not so sure about this .... if it is going in a rack, seems like it might be worthwhile to get a higher performance CPU with more max RAM (& VMware).
And for a box at the base of a tower, seems big and hungry (200W AC power supply). Could you compare it to: http://www.mini-box.com/Intel-D945GSEJT-Mini-ITX-Motherboard?sc=8&category=1178 Apart from being single core and out of stock, this one takes 12V power. Mini-Box sells a small case that will wall mount or snap into DIN rail. Maybe $200 for all the parts.
