Now this is very interesting, I never realized that there were still a lot of congested routes in the USA The impression of most people outside the USA is that there is generally excess capacity on all routes but I guess the dynamics for >OC3 link capacity are quite different from T1 capacity, the US rates are about 20% the European average for OC3 capacity and even lower for 10Gbps
