Depends on the band... For UHF 440 MHz, the split is usually 5 MHz (same as LMR in the UHF band). For VHF 144 MHz, the split in the US is 600 KHz (0.600 MHz).
Typical voice channel bandwidth is under 20 KHz for wideband and less than 12.5 KHz for narrowband operation...
