In many markets there is no choice. Further, since most people depend on their employer for insurance they can't change healthcare providers without changing jobs. And, even if they wanted to change healthcare providers they may not be able to because of a preexisting condition e.g. pregnancy. You are what is wrong with the healthcare debate.
