I view waste as in clueless people grabbing "fast" as you say. I love having to explain to customers who want a newer computer because their internet is so slow. HA! Unless they are riddled with spyware and viruses, no new computer is gonna make the internet faster unless you're replacing one from 1997. Hmmmm..... 100mb nic vs. 1mb internet.....
