What you are asking for is going to be priced accordingly. If you are looking for low cost 3.65 it's going to be Tranzeo or Ubiquity cards on MT.
One interesting combination is that Tranzeo makes CPE's that inter-operate with Redline. We'll wait for CAP320 as screwing with anything lese is a waste of our time and energy.
