We implemented policyd on our mail server and for most customers to use it ( If they have a good reason we let them go around it) By doing this we no longer have to sweat that one of our customers got a virus and is spamming the world giving our ip addresses a bad name. Customers are automatically limited to a reasonable number of outgoing emails per day and blocked after that.
