I have had problems with ethernet causing noise on 145-150 Mhz also. This was not Mikrotik anything.
I think it is several RF sources mixing in the switch and retransmitting a harmonic. It depends on what the combination of transmit Freqs at the site is. Shielded cable, ferrite beads and grounding did not help. Only physical separation stopped the problem.
