I couldn't agree with you more. We are starting to see this on the 900 gear, and decided to just move to Canopy. Almost zero complaints since doing that. They make a very good CPE for the customers house, but with the bullets out now, it's cheaper to buy a bullet2 and 19db panel than a CPQ-19. We still use the SL2-15.
