Yes, address books.  They are a pain.

We migrated about 900 accounts TO the Everyone.Net servers last year.  From 
2 very different mail servers, about 40 domains.

Address books were a pain in the rear.

Then there was the 2 users that were actually using the Calendar feature of 
one of the servers.  We told them "sorry, it's gone". ;)
