I personally would not shoot for serving indoor laptops from a water tower AP. It is tough for a laptop to shoot back with a wall/ceiling very close to it.
You'll need to define your support for it first - price is heavily dependent on that. If some customer has all kinds of issues with their laptop are you fixing it for them? If you aren't fixing it then any dollar you charge is profit. If you're on the phone for an hour fixing it, is that $15/weekend worth it? What about $50/weekend? At 50/weekend no one is buying it.
