Most companies have a mix. We lease some equipment. This allows for a monthly right off at 100% of your monthly payment. Long term investment items like Vehicles, Towers, Property get depreciated. The length of the depreciation depends on the type of asset. Property / Buildings fall under 30yr. Other items are shorter.
