Anytime you have a hotspot you have a learning curve.  We have several
clients who expressly do not want a splash page, hotspot, etc.  They don¹t
want to be technical support.   Pros and cons to everything.  You can make
the argument for the hotspot, but there are also arguments against.

Sell them a Mikrotik hotspot and setup a password, trial options and
advertisments. One advertisement can say, hey sign up for a faster speed and
no annoying advertisements.
