Thanks Chris and Fred. I found ERF, and I will try to see what Texoma can do. I think they probably don't want a terrestrial service and a leased line will be way to much $$ for what they want to pay, so I guess Tech1.net probably won't work.
After I sent the original message, I tried the FCC broadband site and found a couple more. I have been putting the pressure on them to join WISPA. One didn't even know about CALEA.
