Where will the link be located? 80GHz is unlicensed in some parts of the world. In the US, BridgeWave includes the 80GHz license with the radio, so that shouldn't affect the purchasing decision.
Taking my vendor hat off, I would avoid FSO if you can. Very susceptible to changes in the environment, low MTBF, twist/sway is a major concern.
