I had it happen the other day. Fresh install, told tech, “hold on, I need to update fw” 5 minutes later it hadn’t come back. Reboot didn’t work. Couldn’t access from our 192.168.100.1 address or the default. Had to hard reset. It did however, take the upgrade.
