How hot is it outside? I had one do the same thing in hot weather. Once winter came around it started working again (kept it as a backup link).
I finally replaced mine but it ended up being heat related. Just like yours on a reboot it would work for while and then once it was running for a few minutes latency and packet loss with retrans.
